Updated 11/1/06 Welcome fellow WotW-heads!
That doesn't really roll off the tongue . . . But it will have to do until I can think of something better.
We're quickly approaching the release of the last issue of
Scarlet Traces: The Great Game. Issue four, then no more. At last we'll all know the fate of Charlotte Hemming, the Martians, and . . . well . . . the rest of humanity. But we do have a bit more ST:GG to look forward to once it's all said and done. We're planning on collecting the story in a handsome hardback volume similar to our Edginton & D'Israeli adaptation of
The War of the Worlds.
And, we're going back to press with the original
Scarlet Traces as well. Obsessive-compulsive types will be happy to know that we're changing the format slightly so that
ST will be the same size as
WotW (and eventually ST:GG). Once all three volumes are out they'll make quite the lovely-looking trio on your bookshelf.
Before too much longer we'll be bringing you more work from Edgy & D'Isy (as they're lovingly known). Hopefully MUCH more. But until then, you can keep an eye out for their other work.
Ian is currently scripting the miniseries
Hellgate London which is being drawn by the masterful Steve Pugh. The first issue of
Hellgate London (numbered "0" for clarity) will be in stores in October. Also, I've got Ian lined up to write a year's worth of books which will hopefully be coming out in the summer of '07. But I can't say too much more about that right now.
D'Israeli (who sometimes goes by the exotic name of "Matt") is constantly busy. Always moving. Always working. Never in the same place for long. Possibly a spy . . . But you can keep track of his movements and doings through his always entertaining blog at:
disraeli-demon.blogspot.com. I hope to have him blogging again about how he's struggling to keep up with some deadline or other I've given him.
That's it for now! Thanks for reading and remember Martians can be killed with germs, so don't cover your nose when you sneeze.
