thats what sampling is...takin a loop and giving it your own style...look it up on youtube theres plenty of videos on it...

no thats different thats called stealing, because it already is copy wrighted. but you can record the stuff in your voice and record your people playing the song and once its copy wrighted then you can sell it as your own because you did a song.
EXAMPLE:
Britney spears; she never wrote her own stuff (maybe her newest stuff she did, but i dont know) but her older stuff she didnt write it but her band and her produced it and made it there own.

thats called sampling, but its illegal without concent...but thats where the fun of hiphop comes in..depending on how a song is sampled, it can be concidered a compliment, or it can mean that your shit got jacked.

thats not sampling thats stealing right away... he took a mel and made it to his own.. sampling is when u take a sample from a track and use it in ur track, he used the idea and put own sounds over it..
